Class 1 Drivers

    We hire safe, courteous and experienced drivers.  We like you to have at least 2 years experience but we always consider newer drivers with good backgrounds.  We run newer model day cab tractors that are well maintained.  Smith Trucking is a great way to gain experience as we are very diversified.  We haul sand and gravel, asphalt, heavy equipment, pipe and oilfield products.  Salary is paid by the hour with overtime and we have a good benefit package and pension plan.

Class 3 Drivers

    We also hire class 3 drivers for our oilfield and construction divisions.  Some of our class 3 jobs are seasonal and others are full time.  Salary is by the hour with benefits and pension plan.

Trackhoe Operators

If you are an experienced trackhoe operator please send us your resume.  We are looking for operators to work in our water and sewer division and also in the oilfield.  Our trackhoe fleet consists of John Deere and Hitachi machines.

Bobcat Operators

We are looking for bobcat operators to work in road construction, landscaping and in the oilfield.

Backhoe Operators

We are looking for backhoe operators to work in the construction field and oilfield.  Our backhoes are 410 John Deere machines.

Winch Truck and Tractor Operators

Smithbrook is our oilfield division.  We warehouse and haul drilling fluids into the oilfield.  We are looking for winch truck operators and tractor operators.  These jobs are 24 hour call.
